Telework Agreement between The Library of Congress and the Congressional Research Employees Association
The purpose of this side-agreement is to set forth the policies and procedures under which unit employees may be permitted to telework. Offsite work on an episodic basis on specific projects/work assignments is covered under the provisions of Article XXV [Flexible Work Schedules], Section 25, of the CBA.
On March 16, 2022, the CREA Board of Governors voted to adopt a new Telework Side Agreement. The Agreement became effective on April 11, 2022.
