1. Minutes. The minutes of April 28, 2010, were accepted.
2. Official Time Reporting. President R. reported that records of the President’s official time need to be recreated; he is recreating these records. The Library claims the records were inadequate in detail, overdue, and didn’t cover the full time specified in the FLRA decision.
3. Telework. Among the issues that have been raised:
(a) Those who already have configured laptops; details of how to work them in.
(b) The 2-hour recall.
(c) Are probationary employees excluded?
(d) The May 3 deadline.
(e) Paperwork needed for possible long-distance phone reimbursement.
(f) Is a fixed day the same in both weeks of a pay period? Some ambiguity remains.
4. CREA Cafe Sponsors. Governor Harlan made a plea for May; Governors Perl and Smole volunteered. Thanks to the Governors from DSP. Governor Rudman volunteered KSG to sponsor in conjunction with another division.
