1. Minutes. The minutes of April 25, 2012, were accepted.
2. STOCK Act. President R. introduced Nina Serafino, who explained some areas of concern with the recently enacted law. The law requires that financial disclosure forms be released online (such forms are now available only on request). Many concerns have arisen. Perhaps some redress in the form of new legislation can be sought.
3. Power lunch program. This is the popular read-to-schoolkids program sponsored in part by CREA. An end-of-year celebration is being planned; could we contribute to the effort (including souvenir pins from the LC shop)? Governor Rudman moved, Governor Reeder seconded, and the motion passed unanimously that CREA contribute up to $300 to the celebration.
4. Master contract bargaining. President R. reported that the promotion article has been tabled.
