Minutes: December 3rd minutes were accepted as submitted.
CRS Photo Mandate: CREA asked to bargain so that there can be an opt-out option. We are waiting for response from management.
CBA Copies: Management is required within 20 days after the signing to distribute copies to the bargaining unit. Management will send an email with a link to the CBA to all bargaining unit members and will put it in the TMU.
Holiday Party: Need people to help with the party. Board members and officers will have name tags and there will be information on how to volunteer with CREA.
Update on 40th Anniversary: Committee met and formed subgroups. Will produce 1 page written proposals on
- a celebratory event;
- oral history; and
- symposium or forum.
Leave Bank: has a large balance of 7,000 hours. At issue is how many hours should be kept in reserve and how many hours should be made available to applicants so that the leave bank does not run out of hours.
