Minutes Approved: The Minutes of May 31, 2017 and June 7, 2017 were approved. The board also approved en bloc the Minutes of Nov. 9, 2016; Jan. 25, 2017; Feb. 8, 15 and 22, 2017; Mar. 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29, 2017; April 19 and 26, 2017; May 3, 17 and 24, 2017.  A motion to approve was made by Joel Greene and seconded by Elayne Heisler; all the Minutes were agreed to by a voice vote of 7-0.

Minutes of Executive Sessions:  A question was raised about how the board should deal with Minutes recorded in an executive session and it was agreed that, with regard to the most recent such session that Clint Brass would circulate those Minutes to the members who attended the closed session and, at the next closed session, they would be discussed and approved.

IP Pilot: The Board discussed the status of the information professionals (IP) pilot program and related bargaining between CREA and CRS management.

MOU on Holiday Hours and Alternative Work Schedules: This agreement was discussed.

Credit Hours Survey:  The survey was wrapped up on June 20 with expanded participation and the CREA group that developed the survey agreed to meet to evaluate the results.

Telework:  The status of negotiations with CRS was discussed.

CREA Meeting with Divisions/Offices:  The president discussed the most recent division/office-wide meeting CREA held with bargaining unit employees and future sessions with other divisions/offices were discussed and agreed to.

Meeting with Librarian:  The president discussed the recent meeting she and the other LOC union leaders held with the Librarian.
