Telework: President Grasso announced that on January 26, 2016, CREA notified CRS of its desire to re-open the side agreement on telework. The Board discussed the results of a survey of CRS bargaining unit employees and next steps in the bargaining process.
IP Pilot: President Grasso brought the matter to the floor. Vice President Susan Thaul provided an overview of meetings that CRS management held last week: (1) a meeting with CREA officers on Wednesday, January 20, and (2) meetings with the KSG sections. The CREA officers indicated they would gather more information from CRS colleagues and submit proposals for bargaining.
Recognition of President Grasso: VP Thaul announced that at next week’s BOG meeting, on February 3, 2016, the service of CREA President Grasso would be recognized and celebrated. President Grasso indicated she would go to the Hawk and Dove after work on February 3 to say farewell to CRS colleagues.
