Holiday Party: Was very nice. Thanks to Gov. Reeder for organizing.
Grievances/Arbitration: discussed ongoing cases.
Updated PD for certain KSG Positions: CREA met with Monica Woods, Diane Duffy and Linda Riley. From the meeting: there will be a staff briefing in January. The plan is to develop criteria for evaluation and provide performance and training plans. The evaluations using the new PD until there are many more discussions.
Integrated Support Services (ISS) Meeting: ISS has a new director and after the new director is on board CREA will talk to them about the on-going issues (e.g., temperature).
Telework: CREA needs to inform management soon if we want to bargain the telework agreement. The Telework Committee has met twice. The committee will present a proposal regarding the decision on bargaining to the Board on January 11th.
Credit Hours: There is conflicting information from management on whether a person can earn credit hours on their compflex day.
Next CREA-division/office meeting: is with IMT.
H.R. 4241: The bill would move Copyright out of the LOC. Would this make sense for CRS?
