Minutes: November 19th minutes were accepted with edits.
Holiday Party: Gov. Jones requested $300 be allocated to the holiday party. Gov. Bradley moved to appropriate up to $300 for the holiday party. Gov. Figliola seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
Steward Election: Elections will be held in the next few weeks. Email ballots are allowed for steward elections. Please keep VP Jefferson updated as to the timing and outcome of the elections. There will be training for the stewards after the elections.
Appeal: CREA has asked the FLRA to rule on whether the change in weather policy is negotiable. Also, filed an ULP regarding retaliation.
Photo Requirement and Posting: CREA continues to monitor the new policy on use of staff photos and seek input from staff about their feelings on the issue.
Lync: There is some confusion about what parts of Lync are a pilot and what are permanent.
Meetings with Mary and Monica: Email potential questions to the President.
Open Mic:
- Discussed wording in CREA emails to staff to give more context on certain issues.
- Holiday party is December 11th from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
