1. Minutes. The minutes of Feb. 27, 2013, were accepted.
2. Little Scholars Scholarship Fund and Take Your Daughters and Sons to Work Day Lunch. President Moteff mentioned a request for us to help with these programs. We have extra money in unused office support, but have run short in the donation category (due to Hurricane Sandy relief and Christmas donations). After a brief discussion, Governor Stouffer moved, Governor Jones seconded, and the motion passed unanimously that we reprogram $1,000 from unused office support payroll to the donation category. Then Governor Stouffer moved, Governor Hardy-Vincent seconded, and the motion passed unanimously that we donate $200 to each of the programs.
3. Sequestration. President M. reported that all three unions are negotiating an MOU on the furlough. Details include how to request your time, how conflicts might be resolved, etc.
3. CBA Mediation. President M. explained that the contract is going to impasse.
