Possible Grievance: The board discussed a possible grievance that CREA could go forward with that would address/clarify the right of a bargaining unit member to have representation during a performance review that occurs shortly after a denial of a within-grade increase. The grievance committee has not formed a recommendation yet about whether to go forward with the grievance and it was the sense of the board that the committee should request an extension from management to allow for the time to make a recommendation to the board about pursuing this grievance.
