Minutes: Minutes for February 3, 17, and 24 accepted with edits
Current Cases: Currently there is one case pending.
Proposed IP Pilot: Bargaining has begun. There are 28 proposals and ground rules.
Senior Level Analyst/Lawyers: There was a side agreement on senior level pay which was signed in 1995. It is unclear whether that agreement still stands. There are differences in the timing of performance and pay determinations between senior level employees in CRS and those in the rest of the LOC.
Steward Meeting: Tomorrow at 12 there will be a meeting of the Stewards to cover several things including: (1) meet and great and get to know one another and new VP Martin; (2) discuss the role of stewards; and (3) provide an update on the IP pilot.
Little Scholars Scholarship Auction: Every year CREA donates to the Little Scholars Auction which funds scholarships. Gov. Stouffer moved that CREA donate $200 to the auction, $50 of which would go towards purchasing an ad in the auction program. Gov. Greene seconded it. The motion passed unanimously.
Fire Alarm on March 8th: Caused by AOC repairing a sprinkler. There was a new Capital Policy presence at the park. It was unclear whether it was new protocol or something else. It would be nice if such changes in policy (if it was that) could be communicated to staff.
