April 26, 2016

  1. IP Pilot. President Thaul reported on the first official meeting with management. Various issues were raised, including projects for the participants, technical issues and communication challenges. Another meeting will be held in a few weeks, in accordance with the MOU.
  2. IP Advisory Group. VP Martin reported on a meeting of the advisory group. Issues included project development, technical concerns.
  3. CRS Policies (New/Revised). President Thaul reported the Ms. Hurst Weber will be permanently assigned to CRS and will be working on these. Discussions will be ongoing.
  4. 4. Staff Forums with Senior LC Management. Should we raise some issues either just for CRS concerns or in concert with the other unions (e.g., staff development, budget concerns, technical issues?) More discussion is likely on this.
